Syttende Mai (Norwegian Constitution Day)

Enjoy a "Taste of Norway" lunch platter including a Norwegian-style smorbrod sandwich, Norwegian cookies, lefse, and a sweet like blotkake or a cup of riskrem. Cash only, first come-first serve.

September, Potato Bowl, annually

Potato Pancake Breakfast

Celebrate the Grand Forks tradition of the Potato Bowl in Norwegian style with potato pannekaker (pancakes) with eggs and sausages. Cash only, first come-first serve.

December, annually

7-Cookie Christmas Platter

Order a platter of 42 Norwegian Christmas cookies, decorated with handmade Norwegian fabric ornaments. Each platter features 7 different cookie varieties like krumkake, spritz, fattigman, brunkake, kransekake,
berlinerkranser, and knekk-kaker. Due to high demand and limited availability, there is a limit of 2 platters per family unit. Order ahead.

December, annually

Jul Fest (Christmas Party)

A festive potluck, traditional dance around the Christmas tree, carols in English and Norwegian, and games. Often includes a donation drive.
